Adopting a new dog is a very rewarding experience, but it can be stressful and challenging to new owners and pets since not all adopted dogs have basic obedience training.
To help new pet owners with this adjustment period, volunteers from our Board of Directors hold classes every Saturday morning at 9:00 am to offer obedience training and tips to new owners.
When: Every Saturday at 9:00 am
Where: SEV Humane Society shelter
The classes are divided into beginners and advanced.
Every SEV Humane Society adopted pet is welcome to participate in these classes.
Everyone loves watching these dogs getting a second chance!
Huge thanks go to Vicky, Barbara and Janet for donating their time to do these classes!
